X-fi cards are not supported by Creative under Linux.
So I am not aware of any drivers for Fedora Core or any other Linux distro. Creative says that they plan on releasing propriatory drivers for Linux in 2007 or so... but personally I don't think that a sound card is worth installing creative's drivers on Linux.
Creative has a bad track record on Windows.. I couldn't imagine submitting Linux to their propriatory drivers a sound card is simply just not worth it.
Sorry for the bad news. You can probably use the onboard or simply get a different sound card.

Yea, no sh!t. The emu10k1 drivers they released for the SBLive cards way back when took years to clean up and make presentable enough to be included in the Linux kernel so I wouldn't go anywhere near code that they know won't be seen by anyone else...
