Hi everybody!
I know that the X-Com series is quite aged now, but i like those games very much.
I rediscovered them just a few hours ago in my software collection and installed
them right away on my pc running Windows XP.
I was quite surprised to see that i could start the games without troubles, but......
they are running waaay to fast and at the end of every round i get slammed back
to the desktop. I did try the win95/98 compatibilty mode without any success.
So i would like to know if anyone out there had an idea what to do for me?
My pc:
Athlon 1000
Abit KT7 Raid
512MB PC133 Infineon
WD800JB 80GB
IBM 307030 30GB
Seagate Barracuda III 30GB
Plextor UltraPlex40
Plextor Plexwriter 24x
Pioneer DVD 106 Slot in
Hercules Game Theatre XP 6.1
