Allright, so I was gonna hook up my X-Box to X-Box Live, but things went rather awry. I've had it hooked up before without incident, but here's what I encountered.
Realistically, all I should have to do is enable internet sharing, which I did. It clicks away at the hard drive for a while, and then it pops up a box which reads:
"An Error Occured While Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled."
"The dependency service or group failed to start."
Can anyone tell me what that means/how to fix it? Like I said, I've had this on Live before without incident, and I don't remember changing anything besides my IP since. Thanks in advance!

P.S. One other question, as long as I'm at it. When I close the "lid" on my laptop, the screen remains on, instead of switching off as it should. I remember encountering this before, but I don't remember how I fixed it. Thanks
