WWYD: Paintball or Beach

If given the option what would you do?

a) Paintball with your brother

-or-

b) Weekend at the beach with the girlfriend

they are on the same weekend.

Since you guys think that this me making a choice, in reality I was more looking for what answer I should expect from my brother.

I asked him last night if he wanted to go paintballing next weekend, to which he replied that he was asked to go to the beach "by friends", pending approval from the parental units. I did not know about the beach thing when I asked him. Also, he knows that I basically despise his gf, hence he masked it as "friends" Doing a little "facebook research", his gf has a 5 day trip planned with her family coming up, and even i can put two and two together. Them going out for almost four years, it is natural for her to ask my brother if he wants to go.

I pretty much had my answer when he asked my mom... "What do think i should do, go paintballing with a bunch of people i dont know or go to the beach with my "friends" that haven't seen all semester?" But you know, I was curious if I was just misreading things.

Hahahaha... if the girlfriend is a girl you like spending time with, I believe any guy would choose A over B. Now if she annoys the heck out of you, then of course B, but that just means you should break up. Of course, if it is a long term girlfriend, and you guys do alot together already, but you don't get to hang out with your buddies much anymore, that is a different story altogether.

Beach time is fun but if your dating this girl, chances are you are spending all other waking hours with her. Get out there and shoot your brother with some paint.

This isnt a choice between the idea of going to the beach with your GF or going to play PB. Obviously both are fun. He's actually asking what he should do this weekend, in which the decision hinges upon a zillion different factors, but if pose it as a blanket conceptual questions around here, you're only going to get one answer.

Depending on what his G/F looks and how much time she spends at the gym/plastic surgeon the alsbikini or wicketweasel could be bad for everyone involved.... I certainly wouldn't want to see some 250 pound woman strutting her stuff on the beach in a bikini made of dental floss and a few patches of lace...

On the contrary - I've played paintball with quite a few females. As soon as a really cute one shows up on the paintball field, you hear all the snickering behind their back - "I'm going to shoot her in the ***" etc. Every single time, the girl has outplayed every guy with the same amount of experience. I don't know why.

I picked paintball, but I'm married so I see my wife plenty. I think paintball is more fun than going to the beach, so that would be the deciding factor for me.

I picked the beach but for myself personally, I would have gone with the same choice and reasoning as mugs.

But since it's your GF, I'd think the beach would be the better choice for you based off of knowing nothing about you.

I picked paintball, my gf and i ride our bikes to the beach all the time, since i live only .5 mile away. Paintball is more fun.
