I just tried to call both numbers. The top one goes directly to VMail of some guy with an accent. The bottom one rang a few times but also went to Vmail with a greeting by a female voice.

Why yes! I AM A SCUM SUCKING SPAM WHORE. How did you figure that out? Was it my bad breath or my horrible body odor?

I've seen at least 3 threads like this on him (Vic).
Besides, I think the Mods are trying to ridicule him, like they have in the past, not educate us.
