For exercise to work you need to do moderate activity for about 30 minutes a day. This activity must be done for about five days of the week.

So if I only do 25 minutes I won't burn any calories? :Q

By exercising you loose weight without slowing you metabolism.

It has been found that dieters who loose weight quickily are more likely to keep the weight off in the longer term.

All those people telling me not to starve myself had it all wrong. I knew I should of went the anorexic route.

No crap. Also, some of those facts aren't even correct. People who lose weight more gradually by making slight lifestyle changes over a period of time keep the weight off better than those who lose it quickly. 1-1.5 pounds a week should be all you lose unless you're significantly obese.
