I was doing some general browsing and came across their site. Part of the yahoo network of businesses. I'm considering buying a couple hundred dollars worth of merchandise from them and wanted to know if you've had any bad experiences with them and/or RMA issues.

They have a large selection of pc parts, including ABIT IP35-e at $118(for those who keep missing the newegg batches) It says they have the e,regular, and pro versions in stock. But I'm wondering if it's one of those places that lists everything in their catalog but you order it and find out it's backlogged or temporarily out of stock.

I haven't had any issue with them. They're about as good as the other second tiers eTailers (Directron, SVC, Jabtech, etc) that use the Yahoo! Stores service.

FWIW - I goofed up my address on an order once, and e-mailed them and got an response back within a half hour to an hour.

thanks to all who replied.

Oldhippie- checked the resell ratings, most of the complaints are from people who wanted to ship to different address than the billing address. Understandable after all the stolen CC scams out there. a few had problems with CS reps and being on hold. one or two had problems with warranty return after 30 days(manufacturer told them it was retailer's problem, and vice versa.)

It seems that if they list it, they have it. Though calling ahead might still be a good idea.
