Does anyone know exactly what the risk is in using www.webmail.com to retrieve email from my cable modem isp's pop email account. My dad wants to be able to check his email while he's on travel, and wants some sort of webmail interface to do it. Our ISP doesn't provide webmail, so I was thinking about using www.webmail.com. Does anyone know whether they store the passwords you use to check your mail? I can't seem to find any privacy policy or user's agreement on the site.

POP3 is inherently insecure...

Anyone with the right tools can grab the password as you check your mail, so I wouldn't be too concerned about them storing your password ;)
