www.uncaptheride.com - Can YOU Solve The Mystery?

Ok, here's the deal. Last week I was watching The Screen Savers while they were talking about MPEG4. They showed Apple's MPEG4 website, and Leo happened to mention that there was a peculiar icon at the bottom of the page (like he knew it was something interesting but didn't want to give it away). Those of you who don't believe me can go there and click on the ":K:" at the bottom of the page now. Highlight the white text on the page and go to babelfish to translate French into English.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I ended up at this site here, which appears to be the main page of this puzzle. Apparently there's a series of clues and you need to collect passwords to unlock the end (whatever that may be).

Does anyone know anything about this?

After solving the first clue, you are taken to this webiste: August06.com

That's as far as I've gotten in the few minutes I've looked at it.

but I think everybody's sort of taken a "each man for himself" stance on this now... I know I have... my roommate and I figured out the 4th key but we're stuck on the 5th and 6th.... haven't looked at it in about a week now.

Thanks, I didn't know that it had anything to do with those BMW Films. I ran a search on "uncaptheride" and turned up nothing, but I guess the search can't find everything.

May I ask how do you find the keys?

I 'found' the first three in the linked thread

Hint about the keys: they're chess moves. They are part of a well-known series of opening moves. That's all I'll say.

no friggin' clue. We pretty much quit after the 4th key. Too much work to do
