Hello, I just received my first order from SVC.com. Shipping was a day ahead of time too! However, I had a problem with one of my cathodes and a fan that I ordered. The cathode as the wrong color and the fan was 80mm, not 92mm as I had requested. So I call up SVC. They guy I talked to, Alex, said that he would let me keep both items and he would ship the other two at absolutely no cost whatsoever! Very nice, and for anyone looking for cooling products or mod accessories, this is where you should go.

cathodes and fans are cheap, mailing them back, then reselling them would cost more for shipping than what they even cost nevermind the marginal profit.

but its nice they took care of you no questions asked.
 
SVC has messed up two of my orders. I think I've only placed 5 orders...but anyway, they've fixed their mistakes promptly for me as well. They should seriously fire whoever packs the shipments.
 
SVC also has will call, so you can drive by and pick up your stuff with no shipping and handling fee. Good stuff for Bay Area residents.
 
SVC also messed up my order with them, but it wasn't a big hassle. I ordered panaflo M1A fans, but they delivered H1A fans. They didn't let me keep the stuff though.

Now dealing with an RMA from zipzoomfly, that's a different story...

Bad or good?....I am wanting to know as I plan on buying a CPU and possible a motherbaord from them.
 
I have ordered 3 times with svc.com and no problems here...

They are very competitive price wise for cases (good ones) and cooling solutions....I highly recommend them....
 
I live 5 minutes away from their warehouse, so I can pick up all my orders. Thus, they never screw up on my orders and I never get any free goodies 🙁
 
Same here SVC shipped me the wrong 120mm fan guard and they told me to keep it and they shipped me the correct one and ship fast as I live in PA and they are in Ca and 4 days total to get my last order:thumbsup:
 
ok lol

ive ordered from them maybe 10 times so far. only once they messed up my order, but i ended up with 1 extra cold cathode, so no biggie.

cant say Id buy anyplace else, they have a good CS dept, bad shipping dept lol
 
Had not too great experiences, but then I tried again, and it has been all good the least year or so.
I would also recommend case-mod.com.
