Anyone using there service?

Anyone heard about the service and its quality?

Im considering joining them myself due to the mess my ISP's server is in.

I use newsfeeds, pay the $19.95 a month. You get the various seperated servers, multimedia, images, mp3, exe, plus they are either -west for west cost or -east for east coast. There of course is a 900mb quota per day per server, but if you use your quota up on exe-east you can go on exe-west. No complaints here, almost always up and great retention.

I tried them, didn't like it.

Easynews.com Owns J00.

The best.

Except for the fact it is super expensive.

$9.95 a month is not expensive unless you are on welfare.

Newsfeeds gives you more MB/day but the fact remains that their completion and retention rates are far behind Easynews despite the fact that they have multiple servers.

In my experience with both providers, Easynews has an almost spotless record. The few parts I've seen missing are almost always due to the poster's ISP hiccuping.

With Newsfeeds, you need to poll at least a half dozen servers to really get what you need. Altogether the completion rate is decent- 90-95% - but that doesn't make up for the fact that you need to scour the same group in several servers to get all the headers.
