I used it to send a payment (not this forum). Either iKobo screwed up or the seller's a scammer, but either way, I wound up getting screwed and charged for something I never received. Horrible customer service. Tried emailing their different support areas, tried calling customer service numbers on their pages to no avail.

Try a Google search for "ikobo complaint." Also check out the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and type in their website. 17 complaints in less than one year of existence is not horribly assuring.

My two cents: don't lose yours at this site. It sucks.
 
I want to buy using ikobo's iKard. What do you know about it ? How can I setup my own ikobo account ? Thanks.

I did a Google search and I found many people with positive reviews regarding this company (try this). Also at Better Business Bureau, all the complaints were resolved in a good manner, so could you help me? How did you register with ikobo?
 
I managed to register with this ikobo company. It was easy. Now I am waiting for my iKard to arrive. I hope that everything will be ok. Does anyone know if I can purchase products over the internet using this card?
