www.gogofans.com - Not even a valid URL for me. Registered to a web host in China. Did a lookup using their DNS servers, the IP isn't even loading a web page.

http://www.gogofan.com however is a valid domain and a retailer. Resellerratings.com only has two reviews for them, both over a year old, and both rated them high (only one actually registered a rating, the other just said very satisfied).

I dunno. They don't even list their physical address anywhere on the site. They list a phone number and a few email addresses for contact. Their domain is registed with GoDaddy and has no information about GoGoFan at all. The privacy policy does not mention whether they provide your information to 3rd parties, only that the information is used for "special promotions" as well as "to improve your shopping experience", beyond the expected obvious uses.
