www.freeipod.com?

It works, if your referals go through. They are picky, and make sure that people aren't going in for the promos and then cancelling immediately.

The company that runs it is the same company that does freevideogames.com, so I suspect they're legit. If you complete the offer you'll likely get your iPod.

The problem is that it's a Multi-Level Marketing scheme, one step above a Pyramid scheme. Someone on the end is going to get screwed out of an iPod.

Put that "free" in quotes. The offers that you have to complete will likely cost you $50+ if you're obsessively careful about cancelling them, and if you let just one of them slip you'll likely wind up paying the cost of the iPod, if not more. That's how they can afford them.

As for actually having them, that's open to debate.

I have $100 in gift certificates coming in the mail from freegiftplanet.com/freevideogames.com Total cost ~$15. Well worth it. Just make a spreadsheet of all the offers you sign up for and remember to cancel them all.

LEGIT

Update, apparently this site works. Over at flyertalk.com quite a few people have reported getting theirs. Just select the 15gb Ipod, the mini is backordered.

Basically, you sign up their complete an offer which can be AOl or ancestry.com, cancel the offer, and then refer 5 friends to do the same.

At flyertalk they have a huge ordered referral list for people to sign up.

If anyone wants more info please PM me.
