Looking to purchase a pair of Shure e4c's and found www.djdeals.com.

They are selling them for ~$190 whereas Amazon.com has them for close to $300.

They seem to have a good history on epinions.com and bizrate.com and only one review on resellerratings.com.

Anyone done business with them?

UPDATE:
Ordered Dec. 18th
They arrived on Dec. 27th.

The packaging was adequate, not great. The e4c box was wrapped in bubble wrap and that was put into a box. Meaning the wrapped e4c box could bounce around the shipping box. No big deal but I would have liked to see more padding in the box.

I sent them one e-mail and never heard a response but was able to find the info on their site. All in all a good shopping experience and would recommend them. I would also have no hesitation buying from them again.

Oh and the e4c's are amazingly clear. Canalphones FTW.

i realize they are on the well known business ratings sites.

i am wondering if anyone on AT has done business with them and if it went smoothly.

Well I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Ordered them from www.djdeals.com. Will report back after I get the merch.

Thanks for everyone's help.

I hope you used a major CC just in case.

Good point. This is why I love my CitiBank and MBNA credit cards, they offer ONE TIME USE CC's. So in case you're dealing with a shady internet merchant, they don't have your REAL cc #

I sent them the $180 in non-sequential $10 bills in a plain brown envelope like they requested.

Is that bad?

In all seriousness, they seem to have a good following on bizrate and epinions so I figure it is a pretty safe bet.
