A few of the comments are positive. But those usually aren't the funny ones.

(Personally I've NEVER had a bad experience at Best Buy.)

For many years and dozens of purchases I never had a problem with BB...and I always wondered why they evoked so much hatred in people. Well, after having my first BB-related mishap earlier this year I no longer wonder that. :disgust:

My overall experience with them has still been very good, though.
