why aren't there more letters.com? like a.com or b.com. are they more expensive to register or are they the same flat rate as everything else?

Odd that all the single character domains aren't taken yet.

We got the last 2 character .com back in 1995.

Weird. I don't think you can just register them at GoDaddy or anything, I got an "invalid domain syntax" for all 1 and 2 letter names.
