IIRC, Angle did. The whole thing started at the last PPV with both shows - Goldberg was champ, they met backstage. When Brock walked away Goldberg laughed and snickered. This PPV Brock rubbed it in Goldberg's face that Goldberg wasn't champ anymore. Goldberg punked him out by saying something about Hardcore and Brock freaked out. During the Rumble Brock ran down and F5'ed him. Then Angle eliminated him. (Might have been someone other than Angle, can't remember)
