hdeck, I understand what you are saying, as I used to be a wrestling junkie myself. But it is worthless to try to explain or discuss this with people who refuse to listen.

Yes, wrestling is 'fake' in the sense of the word, but you can also say it's not as 'fake' as you think. They take a beating in there, whether the moves are pre-meditated or not.

I don't see how much different this is. I was watching a show as I normally do every Monday. I simply said that I felt disturbed to watch a woman locked in what appears to be a very painful position and she was screaming her head off.

BTW, loved the irony of somebody at ATOT telling other geeks to get a life. 🙂
