WWE 2k15 comes out tomorrow

PC hasn't had a wrestling game in a long time, and hasn't had a good in in even longer. I haven't watched wrestling for decades now. But, I still enjoy playing against my friends in wrestling games. This one looks pretty good graphic wise. The reviews of the XBONE and Ps4 versions are pretty meh. But this is the 1st wrestling game in a long time and I want to give it a try. Hoepfully 2k will put in on sale fairly quick. I don't see it being a big seller so maybe they'll slash the price quick

The promo code from Slickdeals takes 25% off, making the game $37.50 or so. I bought it at that price point. I played WWE 13 on my modded Wii but that's it since WWF No Mercy on my N64. Controls are hard so far, but manageable after an hour. It wont be long until it's muscle memory.

Graphics are incredible in my opinion, and the game runs 60fps butter smooth on the desktop in sig, maxed at 1680x1050 with 4X AA. The only dip is the entrances and it locks to 30FPS. The motion blur/tessellation/textures bring this game to life. It looks better than NBA 2K15 in my opinion.

If this comes down in price, I'm in for sure. WWF Wrestlemania 2000 on N64 was one of my fav games.

I have it on xbox one and think it's a pretty good game. I don't know why a lot of people complain about it though.

I would have definitely gotten it for the PC if the console version didn't come out first.

Just like the new DiRT rally game, this got almost zero warning/promotion to be released on PC. It's a AAA release for crying out loud!

I'm getting not responding and it crashes right at the 1st splash screen. Apparently it's a video card driver thing. Saw a few threads on the steam forums about this. Problem is I have a 4850 and AMD hasn't made a driver for it for ages. I tried everything I could thing of, but nothing has helped. It looks like I'll be needing a new video card if I want to play it

If this controlled like a newer version of the Jakks Pacific/THQ N64 wrestling games (WCW, WCW vs nWo Revenge, Wrestlemania 2000, and WWF No Mercy) I'd be interested but this just looks like the awful ones (that might've had more realistic graphics but the gameplay and hit detection were fucking garbage). Also wasn't there big controversy over one of the releases of this from the past 2-3 years where they removed a ton of content (it used to have a really robust creator where you could make like just about everything and then they removed it or something, and I believe they cut the roster or something too)?

Bunch of friends had a blast with the good ones (weren't even really wrestling fans at that point either, they were just fun games). We tried playing some of the others (the Acclaim ones were garbage, and even the other THQ ones were, although Smackdown was decent, I forget that other WCW game came after THQ got the WWF license, it was possibly the worst of all of them).
