Jim Justice switched parties in 2015 and ran as a Democrat in WV in 2016. Seven months later he is switching back to the Republican Party. Prior to this he never held a public office and never ran. He is a billionaire from his history with mining companies etc... He has a history of not paying bills, screwing over the little guys and his companies are regularly sued by workers, regulatory agencies, contractor and the like, owes millions in taxes and fines. It goes on and on.
