Theres not really a problem but my Radeon 9500 Pro has 128 ddr 3.3 Infineon memory.
I asked the guy are u sure this is built my ATI because I'm quite sure it comes with 3.6 hynix memory or so it says on guru3d's hercule 9500 Pro review.
I'm sure its a Radeon 9500 Pro thats clocked 275/275 because thats wut is says on Riva Tuner.
Someone tell me if 3.3 Infineon memory helps me or not.
Is this bad or good?

It doesn't really help or hurt; your card should still be clocked at 275/270. Some of the newer Radeon 9500 Pros do come with Infineon 3.3ns memory probably just due to the fact that it probably cost the manufacturer about as much as the 3.6ns memory and is better. It will help you in overclocking, but Radeon 9500 Pros are clock-locked so they can't be overclocked without a BIOS flash (and the BIOS must be a modified BIOS which uses the 3.3ns Infineon memory, not the 3.6ns Hynix).

I just popped open my computer to take a look at my Radeon 9500 Pro, and it uses 3.3ns Infineon memory as well (I bought the card a couple weeks ago). My card is a retail "Built by ATi" card.

It looks like an ati reference board. The fan has more blades on it than the other 9500's/9700's Ive seen. As I stated before the ram is at 3.0ns. Lifetime warranty on the card. Contents were your standard package, except they sent power dvd xp with it and there own set of drivers. From the talk on there forum board over there, they are working on some utilities to include in the next set of drivers for the visiontek ati cards. They wanted input from people on what they would like to see next.

Any other questions go ahead and ask.

Edit: Just in case any 3dmark nuts want to know, 13642 was the score with no AA or AF enabled. Im doing UT2K3 benches today and will post results.
