It's a graphics benchmarking program by FUTUREMARK. Go to that link and look under the Benchmarks section. You can downloaded free versions there to test your speed and compare to others. Really though it shouldn't be taken too seriously because it's not always a good measurement of actual gaming performance. However, if you see someone with a very similar setup and you're well under their scores that might indicate you've got a problem. Enjoy!
