Just got my HT P4 3,06Ghz in the mail, and fired it up in an ASUS P4G8X Deluxe I had around.
Cranked the FSB up to 150Mhz... and this baby is running nice and cool @ 3450Mhz (150/600Mhz FSB dual Channel) 😀

Another reason to like Intel... at 100% workload it only gets to 53,5 C max! Running at 42 C idle.

-HT P4 3,06Ghz @ 3,45Ghz (150/600 FSB)
-1Gig (2x512 dual channel) Infineon PC2700 (DDR 333) @ 150/300 CAS-2
-Asus GF4 TI-4800 VTD 128Mb
-Maxtor DM9+ 120Gb SATA


Average WU time 2h 20mins, running 2 processes.

My Barton2500 has an avg 2:15 for 3000+ WU's and at 42c max 100% cpu.
(I did forget to mention running at 3200+ speeds for a month)
Wish I had an HT tho 🙂 2 at a time is nice 😀
