For a heatsink or rad, yes. For a front or rear case fan, no. For a top- or bottom-mounted case fan, maybe.
 
Yea, I wound up buying four of those San Ace's for $10.50 a piece so the small difference in price pushed me over. Now I want a 120x120x38 San Ace for the front of my CM-690 case.
But it would be blowing through the hard drive cage which has five hard drives in it.
