Their phone support never answers, and when they did, the same guy answered. He was stubborn and just wanted me off the phone. When I RMAed my broken KT7 to them and they promised a new unit, they sent me a TESTBED board! The board was obviously used since the socket was ripped apart from heatsink application and removal. It was also used for overclocking chips since the morons forgot to set the voltage jumper back to default from 1.85v. I called them back once again and the same guy, "Matt", told me that the board he sent me was brand new, yada yada, even though they sent me a bare board and it wasn't in a retail or OEM box. I told him I wanted to speak to their supervisor and he called me back a half an hour later. The supervisor was very polite and actually helpful. I explained him my whole situation and that I had wanted a refund and he arranged all of this. He even told me to bring it to any Fedex place and use the 'bill to receiver option' since they have accounts with Fedex and they would get the shipping charge and I wouldn't. I went out and sent it back the next day and was given a full refund posted to my CC a few days later. My overall experience with OCZ was terrible but my experience with their supervisor was top notch.
