WTH is wrong w/ my comp?! (low on resources err0r)

alright, i just built myself a small box, and it was working just fine! then one time after reboot, everytime it would go into windows, at the beginning, the comp would just stop (no hdd activity at all) then if i press ctrl alt del, it would say "system dangerously low in resources, would you like to close Explorer/blahblah" wtf?!? it was perfectly fine like an hour ago. and safe mode works just fine, no problems whatsoever in safe mode. what do i do?? i uninstalled the last few programs i installed, but no luck 🙁
