WTH is a .ace file, and how do I get my exe out of it?

It's a compression format like .zip. Download something like WinAce to extract the contents.

its an zip file of some sort. i think the program to unzip it is winace.

winrar may be able to do ace files also, not sure.

It's an ace file. It's like .rar and .zip. Get WinACE. It'll extract it. Don't let WinACE take over other extensions besides .ace. The program is okay, but I don't really like it. I use WinRAR for .zip and .rar and everything else.

I'm pretty sure that all ou need is winrar. I know that it has .ace assiciated with it on my system so that would make sense that it decompressed them wouldn't it?
