...chair arm that is. I was getting up for a drink, and I hear a loud snap. The arm of my office chair snapped off. Looks like I can bring this one to the office for the sales guys to use, and I will buy a new one.

Good thing you did not break your back... I snapped the back right off of my chair when I had my feet up taking a little nap (reading forums makes me sleepy). I about knocked myself out when my head bounced of the wood floor.

Yea I lost my balance when the arm broke off. It could have been worse I suppose. No pics of the damage unfortunately, lol.
