You can mount it using Daemon Tools, burn it (under burn image in Nero) to CD, or convert it to a readable/playable format using VCD Gear.

Isobuster and MagicISO would probably work as well.

you'll probably need to burn a CD image using a program such as nero for optimal results -- but yeah, you can use ISObuster to extract the files if you choose not to do so. just keep in mind that there may be a lot of files to worry about, and in nearly all cases, the directory structure is important.

i'd definitely burn it if i were you.
