Shouldn't there be a "teenagers are stupid" clause in there somewhere?

I never understood people who think doing shit like that is fun. I never had the urge to do anything like that. Never though it was funny when I saw someone else do it. Nevertheless, a lot of ass humor of this sort goes on amongst teenagers. It should be punished harshly, but not for life. There is clearly a flaw in our definition of "sexual abuse" if things that are clearly non-sexual in spirit, if not in specifics, are being lumped into it.

buttkissing. haha.

there were some punk kids in our youth group many many years ago that thought they would engage in this amongst the rest of the group. They would randomly pick someone and jump on their faces.

weird as fuck. You walk into the room and see these fools running around with their pants down and just think..."wtf is wrong with people?" and leave.

everyone in one of those rooms, at the time, had to go to a counseling session or two at our church, whether or not the kids stuck their asses on our face.

it was...odd. "So, how did you feel when you were....'butt-kissed?"

...o_O

I guess those kids in our group got off easy, heh.

but yeah, retard judge.

But an act is considered criminal sexual contact...

So the judge considers a minor placing their buttocks on another minors face, in public, with others watching, for the sole purpose of getting a laugh, "sexual contact".

One can only wonder what goes on behind that judges bedroom doors.

Looks like the law, as written, sucks. Like iceberg said, knee jerk laws, ftl. Unintended consequences.

The Gov. should step in with a pardon.

I probably missed it in the link :rolleyes; but who brought up the charges to begin with. If the people involved felt it warranted enough to call the police and press charges... Now if it were some bystander that reported it and the police/DA took it too far then, what a waste.

Where in this law does it state which parts of the body are sexual? I can't imagine a law being THAT specific. If somebody has a foot fetish, would that make holding their foot on another persons neck "sexual contact"?

Oops. Posted the link.

Didn't read how it ended up in the courts.

This is why I'm wary of sex offender registries. You never know if someone on there is a rapist or some poor sap who got caught urinating in public.

Here it is.

Intimate parts means [CHOOSE APPROPRIATE] sexual organs, genital area, anal area, inner thigh, groin, buttock or breast of a person. Here the State alleges that defendant committed an act of sexual contact by (describe conduct alleged).
To find that defendant committed an act of criminal sexual contact, you must find beyond a reasonable doubt both that the touching was intentional and that it was done with the purpose of degrading or humiliating (name of victim) or sexually arousing or gratifying the defendant.

25+ years ago, my Bro was pumping gas and peeing at the same time (drunk). Got a misdemeanor charge. Today, he'd be screwed.

this is why you pull over on the freeway, pretend to rummage through the toolboxes on your pickup, and just fire away. No one is the wiser.

It's awesome to be male, sometimes.

Peyton Manning did the exact same thing when he was at Tennessee. The only thing that happened to him was that the University and Archie had to pay the girl a huge sum of money.

lol! ya, or pop the trunk OR talk on your phone while standing behind the car.

+1 to bullshit law. Should be a clause for underage offenders. Geeze, how many times I was farted on and had farted on others when I was in highschool... haha, nearly my entire baseball, basketball, soccer, and wrestling clubs would be listed!
