I've been dieting pretty crazy (as in, eating very very little, etc) and tonight I went all out and had a burger, fries, a coke, and a couple bites of a cannolli (those things aren't very good) and I feel like puking. Not sick puking, like I should induce vomiting upon myself. It's fscking wierd to explain, and it's scary. I'm worried that if I do it just this once I'll start doing it all the time. Bleh.

Just dont do it...feel the power

Starving yourself is not the answer.

usually half a 6 inch sub for lunch w/ water, and half a sandwich for dinner w/ water.

going on like 3 weeks maybe?

I feel like my body is telling me to throw this stuff up.

That is not enough food. Weight loss is useless if you are less healthy after it than you were before it. You should eat a larger lunch and dinner, and also something small in the morning to get your system going. I'm not a dietician so I can't make any specific recommendations, but you can eat more and still lose weight if you pick the right foods.

That's not good. Starving yourself is NOT healthy. Exercise and well balanced meals are the way to go. Cut out things like soda and excess sugar.

soda, sugar, white bread, white rice, potatoes, etc.

my brother started eating healthy and exercising as well. he watches what he eats very closesly and religiously goes to the gym. i think he's been doing this for 2 months or so and has lost 25 pounds. its giving me motivation to go to the gym to workout as well.

again, dont starve yourself.

Don't listen to these people they are just jealous of how skinny you are going to get, just don't give to the urge to eat.

I don't know what my issue was last night. I think I just broke my diet and felt quilty as all hell.

About to go to subway and have a roasted turkey on wheat, dry, lettuce tomato two olives and a touch of vinegar.. blam.

1.) Your stomach lost its ability to stretch to hold that amount of food
2.) The excess grease irritated your stomach lining
3.) Don't become anorexic, that's very bad.
4.) Start, slowly, increasing the amount of food you take in a day, but make sure it's nutritionally balanced.

Dude cheating on your diet once in a great while isn't going to put back all the weight you lost. In fact it would be a good idea to have a cheat day once a week or at least once every two weeks. It takes something like 3000 calories above what you normally burn just to gain one pound. Cheating now and then won't hurt, especially is you immediately get back on the wagon.

It's not all about cutting calories. Try exercising some... it won't kill you.

I run/jog 3 miles mon/wed/fri and lift wieghts (nothing crazy, ) for 45min on tue and thur.

The odd thing is I'm never hungry. I dunno if my body is living off of excess fat or what.

Thanks for the support everyone, it really helps.

look at your body as an engine for a car. What happens when you run your car out of gas and/or oil? Your body is a similar engine and needs to burn fuel to survive so your don't internally cannibalize yourself. You have been doing more damage than good by eating so little because to make up for what it needs your body has been feeding on your muscle tissue which is what you really need to lose fat. And the reason you feel like puking is that your body has been deprived of rich fats and the like and then you overloaded it.
