While I believe the American mentality that being fat is okay is totally wrong, these girls are completely whack - they are on the complete opposite of the spectrum. Being lean is good for health and image reasons, but these girls are at like 3% BF or less. Which is sick. They should be more around 10+% BF. They'll be having a variety of problems not excluding reproductive trauma and developmental problems. They're not out of puberty even. Read what they write about. Wow. Just wow.
