Isn't DHL supposed to be the best shipping carrier for businesses and urgent packages etc etc??

WTF...I got second day shipping for an urgen package that I need tomorrow, and it's estimated delivery date was today. First off, they're horrible at updating package status, because they only do it once a day at around 2am. Second, I just called it, and they said that it won't be delivered until MONDAY. :|:|

Thanks for delivering my urgent package ON TIME as promised :|

Second day != almost a week in transit :|

Whenever I see our local DHL trucks, it's always a 20-something with a green mohawk and spike wristbands driving (or something similar) with music cranked all the way up. I'm pretty certain DHL service is shi*ty in Michigan, and in a lot of places, but probably pretty good in Texas or other southern states. I just wouldn't trust it around here. In these parts, FedEx > UPS > DHL

To be quite honest, I've never had a single issue with USPS. Always pretty darn quick, and package arrive safe and sound. Shipper didn't want to ship usps though, so we did DHL.

Oh yeah, I'd definitely opt for USPS over DHL, never really had any problems with them, and you always know when to expect delivery! :)

I recently received a bill from DHL saying I owed them for a package that was sent to me about 6 months ago. Since the sender's CC didnt go through, they are trying to get me to pay...ha...whatever DHL. Suck it!
