I bought farcry last week at walmart, and haven't really had a chance to play with. I created my online account, but haven't played any multiplayer games. So today, I try to join some servers, and it won't let me on, telling me my serial number is in use. WTF...

I can't find my reciept, but I still have the box, and obviously the discs...Any way I can contact Ubisoft about this and get a new serial? Or possible to exchange it for another box at walmart?
