I looked at the back of the can - Made in Thailand. WTF.. can you even make a profit shipping corn halfway around the world?

Yes we do, but we give it to countries that can't feed themselves and then we go and import it from other countries at a extra expense... :disgust:

No, packaged there and shipped in containers 40cubic meter big (the ones that are simply loaded to railway trucks or road trucks and are ready to go)
