1GB of PC3200 DDR ram
ATI Radeon 9800Pro vid card.

so WHY the heck does my new game "Stolen" run all choppy not matter what resolution I'm at? :|

Not really, it's strong enough to run all the games out right now with medium settings. Theres probalby some driver issues.
