WTF?

It's a combination of the "Don't argue on the Internet: even if you win, you're still retarded" image of the Special Olympics where the poor boy leaps through the finish line, and the aerial photo of WTC which was released online (by NASA?) shortly after the September 11th attack.

Silly, but it doesn't make sense. Why is it worse to throw a mentally-retarded person out of a plane than anyone else?
