A guy's car across the street from us(rough neighborhood) did that last year. All of a sudden the horn just went nuts early in the morning like that. He wasn't home, so I went over and pull the battery cable. It was some old 78 Lincoln bomb.
Get that fixed so it doesn't pee off your neighbors. If your hood can't be opened from the outside they're gonna be mad. 🙂
 
'88 Chevy Corsica with 270,000km. Yeah, I was going to just unhook the horn so it couldn't happen, but now the damn door went FUBAR too...so I need to get them fixed. I can't sell the car with a friggin non working door!
