WTF wont my site work for me? Weird... Can you check this out for me?

For some reason, this one domain on my server wont load in IE for me, yet i can get there via FTP/SSH/etc.....

What OS? , If windows reformat. Usually does the trick..

just hangs trying to load the center jpg image. i've recently had this problem with random other sites, certain jpg's just hang and never load and have tried both on a dsl and cable line with and without router. so i'm pretty sure its my comp. i figured it might be some ghetto e-mail worm but i already had the latest browser and outlook security patches and i did full system scan with AVG. i'd try reformatting but i don't have a spare HD to back-up to

changed DNS the end of last week, was working fine until tonight.....

Odd thing is, i have 6-7 other domains on this server and all work fine but this one....
