WTF!!! WinXP SP1 out?

It's beta. MS continually adds individual hotfixes to their service packs until they decide to release it and at any given time, those privy to the betas can grab the latest pre-release. XP SP1 has been building since the day after it went gold. W2K SP3 as well. Rumor is it won't be released until after the 1st of the year.
