WTF, why is there a 'cursor' in my firefox browser? Anyone know how to turn this crap off?

For some reason, when i click on any part of a web page, a cursor appears. And i'm not talking about just the text boxes. It's really screwing up my "page up/page down" buttons. ANyone know how i can turn this off?
