WTF: Why can't i enable hibernate?

i just noticed that after restoring my computer and setting everything back up i can't enable hibernation

some error comes up saying that the "process can't access the file because it is being used by another process" 😕

anyone know what is going on?
think is should try restoring it again?

This may be a stupid question, but did you enable hibernation?

I saw a fix on another forum that might help but if you are getting a "Power Policy Manager unable to reserve hibernate file
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Try making a empty text file in C:\ and rename it to hiberfil.sys.
If that doesnt make sure all drivers and windows are up to date.
