WTF? What is my computer thinkin....

So i installed a dvd burner in my rig about a month ago.... Today i load up EAC to rip some of my cd collection, and it dosent detect media in either my cdrw nor my dvd drive.

Odd...

I go check the settings in device manager and it lists both of them (and also my hard drive) as SCSI devices....

Odd, my rig dosent have SCSI....

you have an nforce2 chipset dont you? Do what shady said install the driver from the updated nforce drivers...

Weird... So now that its not showin SCSI anymore.... I still cant read any cd's in either drive in EAC...

Any ideas on that one?

Already checked the DMA on the IDE channel...

EAC wouldn't read see my drives for a couple months but then it did after that. the end.
