WTF? Aliso Viejo is about 5 miles south of UCI. Why would they deliver it to another city?

But how come it says DELIVERY and signed by "FISK"? Shouldn't it just say another arrival scan?

Aliso Viejo is another city. UCI is in Irvine 🙂. Anyways, I'm new at this shipping to UCI thing.
