Ever since I moved in May, I downgraded from Digital Cable & Road Runner ($105/month) to Basic Cable/Road Runner Lite ($41/month). When I moved, I just transferred my service and downgraded, and they assured me that everything would be hunky dory. I have auto bill pay, and my first month in my new apartment I'm charged $105. So I call them up, they refund the $64 back to my card.
I asked if I should cancel and reestablish my auto bill pay, and they said no everything should be all gravy next month. Well shiver me fucking timbers this bullshit happens for June, July, & August and every fucking month I have to call and fight with them to get the difference back. Enough is enough, so I call and request to speak to a supervisor. This time they assure me that everything is cool and this next bill should be right...
So September 1st rolls around, and I get auto billed $76 dollars. Where the fuck did they get that figure from? I haven't called yet because I was planning on going to the substation tomorrow and speaking with a manager to get this all straightened out. Well, just now I looked at my CC statement to see how much damage I had done this month on it so far, and I have another pending TW charge from 9/6/2007 for $66 dollars. :|
Either this is some freak occurrence or they have the shittiest billing system.
