This is the real issue and I am suprised that many people are overlooking it.

Let's see a show of hands people. How many of you are fine with a perfect stranger popping into your home and sleeping in the next room? Someone you don't know and didn't invite. Someone as unknown to you as any other random person.

They have a key to your home and get to be around your things when you aren't there.

Yeah, I didn't think so.

it's not a total stranger.. it is your roommate's dad

he shoulda given you some consideration, that way you wouldn't have needed to go to mysp-err atot to vent 😉
