WTF!!! This is the biggest load of BULLCRAP!!! (Update: All Better!!)

And to think, i've praised Airborne Express & Amazon in the past...

Heres the deal:

Oct 3rd: Order product on Amazon.com w/ free shipping
Oct 6th: Package "supposedly" arrives at my apartment, meanwhile im assuming its going to take awhile to arrive, so i dont bother to check amazon's site
Oct 18th: I realize i never recieved the package, so i call amazon, they tell me they shipped it so its airbornes problem. So i call airborne, they say since its @home service, they let USPS deliver it, so its out of their hands. So i call the Post Office and they cant give me an answer, and all they can say is it was delivered.

Well, it wasnt delivered to me... If it were, i wouldnt have spent so freaking long on the phone, now would i?

WTF do i do?

UPDATE:

Just called Amazon again, explained to a very nice lady the situation again, she apologized, checked a few things... And is now OVERNIGHTING me the same product, for free.... Wow, amazon just earned a customer for life.... Well, i'll wait till it arrives first i guess

call up your cc and dispute it.

call amazon and tell them you never received your package.

it aint your problem.

Had same problem with USPS/Airborne with Amazon. The packaged was delivered, but not in person. I found mine, days later in the bushes.

Perhaps check around your mailbox or front door?

I live in an apartment complex on the second floor, no mailbox near me....

Checked the front office and they have had no packages arrive for me in over a month....
