Having lived in Springfield, MA for 5 months myself, I have to say, anyone who lives there has suffered more than most people will in their entire lives.

I like how everyone in this thread is yelling at someone who probably doesn't even exist on a serious level.

Mr. Donnelly is a 26 year old Massachusetts Artist/Poet working in diverse ranges of medium. Mr. Donnelly is a Painter, Sculpture, Ceramist, and Photographer. Pulling from his Psychology background we can see the deep emotion of though and feeling flowing within each piece.

I dont know why but this makes me want to punch him in the face.

the basketball hall of fame can't be that bad

I live 5 minutes from it. Epic fail.

The city of Springfield has no money. This was also the case 10 years ago, when they decided to spend the last bit of their credit rating on lots of bonds to pay for a new hall of fame building. Unfortunately, the city surrounding the hall of fame has basically become a real-life version of Sunnydale -- Hellmouth and all. It's literally solid ghetto for like 5 miles in every direction.

Springfield has one of the highest murder rates in the country. It routinely makes it onto that "most dangerous places to live" list.

Thinking about it, this guy would actually serve as a fairly good representative of the local population. And I mean that in the most literal way, unfortunately.

I have known Jeff all of his life. I have seen first hand how much knowledge he has gained just from personal experiences. For a young man that had everything...and I mean EVERYTHING against him, he has well risen above it all. As I read through all these judgements, without even knowing someone; I realize how much people need to look at themselves first. To begin...if you have the intelligence to make an open judgement, be able to take some back.

Mr. "Rudeguy" As far as an idiot, I would have to place that crown on your head. jeff was smart enough to use one of the most visited websites to make the case more than local. So stupid as to make people from outside the area look into something that they can relate to. And as for hating people from Mass. Us people from Mass, hate ignorant people who stereotype. So please define for me again how much of an idiot someone else is.

Don Vito Corleone - I am guessing you have had a pretty easy life. For one thing a person gains education through more than just school. Have you ever had to deal with real life changing problems? Sometimes the best education from others is a question. Asking what someone meant usually gives you a different viewpiont. I am guessing you have not had many life experiences to gain more than a formal education, just by your first statement. Sometimes a statement such as having too much education, comes from a hard life. If you can this may be something to think about

Well as I read through more and more I really see how people are just plain ignorant idiots. some people have no regrets or shame as to what happens in their life. (Outhouse) Some poeple actually telltheir stories so others can learn from them. But I think those who have regrets, and are ashamed tend to look at other's faults rather than their own. We are all not perfect. The difference between Jeff and most people; he would rather we see him as human. We all have had to learn lifes lessons. Well most of us anyway. I take it that "Rudeguy" really had a nice cushy childhood, with both parents and a private schooling. Funny thing about life, is that when you have been taught many lessons, you tend to be open about them. I watched Jeff go from a pretty troubled kid, with good reasons, to a damn good stand up guy. He has one thing many people do not. That thing is the most we all seem to be afraid of. HONESTY. He is honest about himself, and with those he cares about. He won't sugar coat it just to brush it under the rug. When we look at the politicains today, what are they driveing and eating and living? Do they live in houses, barely making mortgage? Or do they live a lifestyle of people like Trump and Hilton? Maybe we can't deal with the fact that there really is someone out there who understand what us supposed Middle classed people really have to deal with.
As far as art. Art is something that comes from our souls. For those who seem to not have one, it's understandable. Everyone sees something different in art. Not everything is seen as art. A person's art is an expression of themselves. For those who see something and say it is ugly or worthless, think about this. Do you do anything to express yourself. If not than you have no right at someone else expressing them. If you do, then a simple I can't see the art in it, is respectful.
If you want to make a judgement about something, ask questions, and actually listen. you may find that it is not that far fetched, just stated differently.
Jeff has many things not many people have left today. He has heart in what he does. He has belief in who he is. He has strength in what he has learned in lifes lessons. Most of all, he has sincerety. He has seen and been through more in 26 years, then most people go through in two life times. He has taken a life that could have gone down a much different road and made it better. So why would I not want someone like that to represent me? For all of you that have been negative and made judgements. What have you really been through in life that can make you an honest and morale person? What politician really has been through what many of us have?
Change is a funny thing. When someone talks about it, but never does anything about it; they try to bring down the people that do. The reason being they have no real ground to stand on.

Dollface? Did you not see I do have a name? That must have been hidden I am guessing. And yes you really don't scare me, or can make me pull back. By the way where are you from? Becasue I would like to know why you hate all people from one place. That is stereotyping, so please tell me something that has backbone to it. In everything you said, there is not one bit of valid point. So please go for it. I have one thing you don't, real knowledge. So please your turn. ^_^

Wow, it usually takes multiple posts from the subject of flames before they create a second account to support themselves.

Jennifer/Jeff:

There are established ways to handle legal issues such as Jeff describes in his video. There are known methods of advertising one's candidacy that are effective. Going outside of these paths and protocols demonstrates a lack of capability when asked to deal with the world that we live in, speaking to your immaturity (and at 26, that's understandable immaturity) and lack of readiness for a political career. It guarantees your lack of success, something the internet loves to revel in.

The disparity between you and an effective political candidate in the early stages of a campaign is wide enough to be very noticeable, and therefore becomes more fodder for internet amusement. If you were more savvy, you would have been able to see this wide gap for yourself and perhaps chosen different methods of promoting yourself.

Pro tip: If you're running for office, don't make a 10 minute video about getting rejected from a college and reported as a stalker. While your only goal might be to clear things up, the reality is that most people will only remember the negative, not the positive. Again, if you were more prepared for the role you want to take on, you would not need to be told this.

But please, don't cut your losses and believe me right now. Keep arguing (with however many accounts you want) and extend the hilarity. :)

Really? Wow you completely proved a point. And that comeback is supposed to do what? And thank you for completely proving me right, and showing all the other readers that you really have nothing to stand on. A round of applause, for the man who made such the strong argument. You must be maybe about the age of 21?

I'm 31 and have moved farther in life than to argue with people on the internet. You have no reputation here. As far as I'm concerned, I'd rather have a conversation with the ASRock banner ad than you.

If you took the time to search my name on here...you would see that everything you have assumed about me is wrong. My life is an open book and I have documented it pretty well on here.

I stand by my statement.....tits or gtfo

I actually can tell you I am not Jeff. First of all, I live in Florida. I am a 30 year old single mother. I grew up with Jeff in Ludlow, MA. So please make another assumption. It reflects so much. And just becasue someone is trying something different in a campaign, doesn't mean they don't kow what they are doing. It just shows they think outside of the box. Yes some people remember the negative, but there are people out there who think about all aspects of something. Maybe telling a person how they should handle a situation, just shows how closed minded the otehr person is. When you think of making a decision, do you think of all the outcomes, or the ways it can be handeled? Many people don't, some do. Something to think about.

If you are beyond arguing with people on the internet, why post things you really have no true response for? When you have valid arguments, please post them. Until then, I can see that this really a point to build your ego. Another point proven. Please give me valid arguments, but that I am guessing your resoponse is, let me guess. Beyond you.

Jen: Meet the internet.

Internet: Meet Jeff's mom.

I'm not saying you don't have valid opinions or thoughts. It is just a different perspective. Are we ever really prepared for things in life? Some things we have to be thrown into and learn. I think that is some of the best experience to have. Maybe the change in how things are normally done, are just different. We all handle life differently, with different approaches. I think the honesty, shows there really is just someone who has lived life and made mistakes, trying to change things.

Can you please explain this though? It really makes no sense to me.
