The FCC has this sort of tiered censorship standard, based on the air time of the program. At 8 or 9 the rules loosen up a bit, so if they air Family Guy later in the evening it may not be censored any more than it was when it was first on the air. If it is, though, it'll suck and suck hard. It may get low enough ratings on Fox that CN gets it exclusively.
I'm almost certain that in Seth's negotiations with Fox he made it their responsibility to censor the eps, not his. That way he can be as "Politically Incorrect"-creative as he wants, which I know he was pissed off about in the first run of the show.
P.S. Oh yeah, f%$# the FCC. Censorship standards are a form of morality enforcement, and a subjective morality is being used. I'm disturbed by the fact that they've said they may try to expand their scope to Cable TV.
